I mixed a ladle with two whole eggs and fried it in the pan. It was quite similar to an omelette with eggs only. Very good taste!

Good to complete with another protein
The taste and smell is marked, for me it is not unpleasant, but it is strong. I alternate it with pea protein to take a little fat and when doing intense and long sports I do very well. Good price as always from HSN.
