The best value for money protein
My use of protein is not so much for training but to improve recipes or give them flavor without adding carbohydrates, fats or too many extra calories. Soy protein suits me well, it dilutes in water very very well leaving a syrupy texture without lumps or sandy texture. My favorite flavor is chocolate and hazelnut bonbon.

I bought the 2kg size vanilla flavor, I like the flavor, I take it with a banana and cinnamon and it tastes great, ideal for snacks, the only downside is the big bag in which it comes, I had to change the packaging because it is very uncomfortable to handle it. Otherwise it is perfect for me.

The best on the market in terms of cost, weight, value, composition, vegan, no gas and I'm not even lactose intolerant, I tried it as an alternative and loved it. The only recommendation is to mix it with milk or a vegetable drink, as it doesn't mix well with water and has an earthy texture that is difficult to swallow. More complete and with more protein per portion than many brands. Packaging tends to break.

Very good product for the price at which I bought it.
2kg of this variant cost me 18.90€ (with discounts I had) and I have to say that it has a very good taste, although obviously inferior to those made with whey. I recommend consuming it with plenty of liquid (in my case with milk) to avoid the formation of lumps. The flavor I chose was strawberry and I consider it better than chocolate, which I tried previously.
2kg de esta variante me han costado 18.90€ (con descuentos que tenía) y he de decir que tiene un sabor muy conseguido, aunque obviamente inferior a las que son de suero de leche. La recomiendo consumir con abundante líquido (en mi caso con leche) para evitar la formación de grumos. El sabor que he elegido ha sido el de fresa y lo considero mejor que el de chocolate, que lo probé previamente.
