I am lactose intolerant and the truth is that I have been taking this protein for more than a year and it suits me very well, it is soft and has a great flavor, my favorite is the salted caramel. the only bad thing may be the packaging as the closure is very fragile and tends not to seal, ah and that the flavors run out very quickly, as of today there is no stock of any flavor of this protein :(.
Soy intolerante a la lactosa y la verdad que llevo mas de un año tomando esta proteína ya que me viene muy bien, es suave y cuenta con un gran sabor, mi favorita es la de caramelo salado. lo unico malo puede ser el packaging ya que el cierre es muy fragil y tiende a no sellarse, ah y que se acaban muy rápidamente los sabores, a fecha de hoy no hay stock ninguno de ningún sabor de esta proteína :(.
