I bought it for a period that I could not take buttermilk and the truth is that the FRESA flavor is very successful. The biggest problem I see is that it does not dissolve very well and gives the sensation of flour texture.

I was very surprised and for the better
I never usually comment, but I feel obliged to do so. I've been taking Whey for several years, and for a change I bought this one to try and change of scenery since it was quite cheap. The best flavor for me is speculoos, and best of all for my taste is the texture as it thickens a lot, and to make with cream of rice or oatmeal swells a lot and it's great. If it is to be made with milkshakes only, I do not recommend it as much as it becomes certainly gritty.
Yo nunca suelo comentar, pero me veo en la obligación de ello. Llevo varios años tomando siempre Whey, y para variar me compré esta por probar y cambiar de aires ya que estaba bastante barata. El mejor sabor para mí es el de speculoos, y lo mejor de todo para mi gusto es la textura ya que espesa mucho, y para hacer con crema de arroz o avena hincha mucho y mola. Si es para hacer con batidos solo, no la recomiendo tanto ya que se vuelve ciertamente arenosa.

Smell, texture and taste difficult to assimilate, it takes time to get the hang of it. The texture is very lumpy and sandy. The chocolate flavor never seems to fail but in this case it is not the panacea. I recently tried a single dose of apple and I liked it better. The best thing is the price.

Intolerant to lactose, sorbitol and fructose. A great alternative, it needs amino acids for better absorption of the protein, the soy protein is not absorbed the same (I use Maca capsules and mix with the protein in the shaker a scoop of matcha tea). The vanilla flavor is like ice cream and, although the texture is a bit gritty, I will always repeat.
Intolerante a la lactosa, sorbitol y fructosa. Una gran alternativa, eso sí, necesita de aminoácidos para mejor absorción de la proteína, la de soja no se absorve igual (yo utilizo cápsulas de Maca y mezclo junto con la proteína en el shaker un cacito de té matcha). El sabor de vainilla es como el del helado y, aunque la textura sea un pelin arenosa, repetiré siempre.
