Yes yes yes yes.
Intolerant to lactose, sorbitol and fructose. A great alternative, it needs amino acids for better absorption of the protein, the soy protein is not absorbed the same (I use Maca capsules and mix with the protein in the shaker a scoop of matcha tea). The vanilla flavor is like ice cream and, although the texture is a bit gritty, I will always repeat.
Intolerante a la lactosa, sorbitol y fructosa. Una gran alternativa, eso sí, necesita de aminoácidos para mejor absorción de la proteína, la de soja no se absorve igual (yo utilizo cápsulas de Maca y mezclo junto con la proteína en el shaker un cacito de té matcha). El sabor de vainilla es como el del helado y, aunque la textura sea un pelin arenosa, repetiré siempre.

Very very good, I always buy Speculoos flavor and Café Caramelo flavor because they are the ones that have the most amount of protein and taste very good. The only thing is that I would add many more flavors because always the same ones at the end you get a little tired but so far so good.
Muy muy buena, siempre compro sabor Speculoos y sabor Café Caramelo porque son las que mas cantidad de proteína tienen y saben muy bien. Lo único que añadiría bastantes sabores más porque siempre los mismos al final te cansa un poco pero bueno de momento esta bien.
