Since I tried this protein I don't want another one. The cookie flavor is brutal and if you also like to take the protein as a yogurt or a mouse as I do, it's perfect, because this protein is super thick and satiating, casein type. If you are in deficit, being isolated and so thick, it's great because you do not stay as hungry as a normal one.

I do not recommend it
I bought it quite excited about the price, however, I regret it very much.... The taste is terrible. I bought the vanilla one and no matter what I mix it with, the flavor is so strong that no other food can mask it. I feel quite sorry for me because I am lactose intolerant and all other proteins are very bad for me. I was hoping these would solve the problem.
