Hsn sent me samples in the order and I tried them. I think they sent me white chocolate flavor with strawberry or something like that and caramel. I don't remember well but they were very tasty. I don't buy this product as I prefer regular protein but the product is yummy tasting.

Soy protein is not the same as whey protein. It is not bad but for me the taste was not very good and the texture was not good either. The price is great and the results are also good. I can only comment on the taste.

I used to use the whey, but since the price has gone up so much I use this one and I also find it a good option, it works very well, although the flavors seem a little better in the whey.
