It is very noticeable, but everything that goes up comes down...
If you are looking for effectiveness it works quite well, but after a few hours the drop is very severe. Like any other stimulant (coffee, energy drinks, nicotine, sugar, etc...), you have to take this into account although you can always coordinate the comedown of the effect with bedtime. It also takes an hour or two to take effect. It depends on the stomach and the body.
Si buscas efectividad funciona bastante bien, pero al cabo de unas horas la bajada es muy severa. Como cualquier otro estimulante (café, bebidas energéticas, nicotina, azúcar, etc...), hay que tenerlo en cuenta aunque siempre se puede coordinar el bajón del efecto con la hora de irse a dormir. También tarda una hora o dos en hace efecto. Depende del estómago y del cuerpo.

One of the most effective supplements against stress and for more energy
Ginseng provides healthy energy, subtly but clearly noticeable, and made me feel less tired in the afternoon during the winter. At the same time, you are more relaxed, more focused, in a better mood, but also less stressed and anxious and recover better. The effect sets in after a few days and wears off somewhat after 6-8 weeks. It therefore makes sense to take it cyclically.
Ginseng liefert gesunde Energie, subtil, aber doch deutlich spürbar, und sorgte bei mir in der Winterzeit für weniger Müdigkeit am Nachmittag. Gleichzeitig ist man gelassener, fokussierter, besser gelaunt, aber auch weniger gestresst und ängstlich und erholt sich besser. Die Wirkung tritt nach einigen Tagen ein und lässt nach 6–8 Wochen etwas nach.
Deshalb macht es Sinn, es zyklisch einzunehmen.
