No effect so far
I didn't expect anything major, nor did I notice anything, as is the case with many supplements. So that's nothing against the supplement itself, perhaps it works subconsciously. However, I am critical of the addition of artificial folic acid. Some people cannot tolerate added folic acid, depending on their MTFHR genetic make-up.
Habe nichts großes erwartet, auch nichts gemerkt, wie bei vielen Supplements. Soll also nichts gegen das Supplement an sich sein, vielleicht wirkt es unterbewusst.
Allerdings finde ich den Zusatz von künstlicher Folsäure kritisch. Einige Menschen vertragen keine zugesetzte Folsäure, je nach MTFHR Genausrichtung.
