I consume it regularly and it feels good. In contrast to other opinions, the size of the encapsulation does not hinder my intake at all. Besides, somehow they have to contain the desired amount of creatine... if they can't be compressed.

Capsules to carry creatine on your travels
I finally followed all the recommendations of the advantages of supplementing with Creatine and bought this bottle in the first place.
