I usually use creatine powder, but when I have to travel or be away from home for any reason I use this option because it is more practical. The capsules are significantly large, but still easy to swallow.

Capsules too large.
The product is good and easy to digest. No discomfort at all during the time I have been taking it. The only thing to improve is that the capsule format is too large, and although I have no problems, there may be people who find it difficult to swallow normally.

Convenient for travel
