Great creatine

I think it's still early days but I think it has improved my endurance and recovery. The capsules are a bit large although I have not had any problems swallowing them.

First of all, the convenience of this capsule format. After trying it in powder form, I have no doubt that these are more convenient, especially when you are on the road. On the downside, they are too large, although I don't have any problems with them.

Ante todo la comodidad que presenta este formato en cápsulas. Tras probarlo en polvo, no me cabe duda que éstas son más cómodas, sobre todo cuando estás de viaje. Por ponerles un pero, decir, que son demasiado grandes, aunque a mí no me crean problema alguno.
