Fulfills its function
Some time ago I started taking this supplement combined with protein shakes and I think it has been a help when it comes to muscle definition, because no matter how much exercise I did I never got my muscles to look defined. So so far I'm happy.
Hace tiempo que empecé a tomar este suplemento combinado con los batidos de proteínas y creo que ha supuesto una ayuda a la hora de definir el músculo, ya que yo por mucho ejercicio que hacía nunca conseguía que mis músculos se vieran definidos. Así que de momento estoy contenta.

The Creapure seal never fails. I find it much more convenient to take creatine in capsules, so great. They are a bit large in size but not at all problematic to swallow.
