Es un polvito amarronado, que a mí, me huele a pan,. Muy agradable. Se disuelve en agua, se mueve y lo bebes. Siendo cierto que si tardas mucho en beberlo, se forma el gel en el vaso, es verdad que tarda varios minutos, por lo que, puedes prepararlo con tranquilidad. En cuanto a los efectos, pues si bebes mucha agua ( que es lo que hay que hacer), en referencia al estreñimiento funcioan , y mucho.
