I would not buy it again
I used another type of Husk. A large spoon in the morning and the truth is that I saw the effectiveness immediately (the same day). I have been taking this one for 4 days and I don't notice anything, and I don't like the texture at all. I will not buy it again.
Usaba otro tipo de Husk. Una cuchara grande por la mañana y la verdad que veía la efectividad enseguida (el mismo día). Llevo 4 días tomando este y no noto nada, y además la textura no me gusta nada. No volveré a comprarlo.

I prefer it in capsules. I had a bad experience using it in powder form. But it does have an effect if you take it for a few days to go to the bathroom. It doesn't work for me for the same day.
