Recommended as a vegetable protein

Ok and red berry flavor
It is a protein that works well and is cheaper than whey. You just have to take a little more for it to have the same effect. The red berry flavor tastes good to my taste and has the advantage of not sticking to the container at all, it dissolves very well unlike other flavors I've tried.
