I have bought this protein several times, I use to mix it with fruit at breakfast and it is very tasty (vainilla) also to take at night, it does not fall badly in the stomach, especially for people with lactasa problems.

It is a good protein, but I think whey is more effective. If you are vegan I understand it's a good option. If you have a choice, I prefer whey.

It came in an envelope to try with an order. The taste is somewhat sweet to me and not so similar to what a strudel might be. Like any flavors, the protein mixes well, in my case I mix it with yogurt.
