Good protein
If you consume vegetable protein and want to vary and not always take soy, this is a good choice. The taste is very good, sweet without being cloying. And it has a slightly better amino acid profile than soy. Personally I prefer the soy, because once dissolved the texture is less sandy in the mouth. But come on, you can drink it easily if you get used to it. It is not a major problem.
Si consumes proteina vegetal y quieres ir variando y no tomar siempre de soja, esta es una buena elección. El sabor está muy bien, dulce sin empalagar. Y tiene algo mejor el perfil de aminoácidos que la de soja. Personalmente me quedo con la de soja, porque una vez disuelta la textura queda como menos arenosa en boca. Pero vamos, se puede beber tranquilamente si te acostumbras. No es mayor problema.
