Very good option for the price, high quality
After trying at least half a dozen brands of pea protein I'm sticking with this one. Unflavored it's great for swapping for flour in recipes or savory dishes, for breading etc. Vanilla and strawberry I love with veggie drinks and they dissolve well compared to the competition, plus a less earthy and floury taste. The one with cocoa in it goes great as a cocoa powder substitute in yogurt, Skyr or kefir, milk or desserts that go well with chocolate. The flavors are not the best compared to dairy protein but it is unbeatable in price per serving and overall when compared to other alternative brand options.
Tras probar al menos media docena de marcas de proteína de guisante me quedo con esta. Sin sabor es genial para cambiar por harina en recetas o platos salados, para rebozar etc. Vainilla y fresa me encantan con bebidas vegetales y disuelven bien comparado con la competencia, además de un sabor menos terroso y harinoso. La que lleva cacao va genial como sustituto de cacao en polvo en yogur, Skyr o kéfir, leche o postres que van bien con chocolate. Los sabores no son lo mejor comparado con proteína láctea pero es imbatible en precio por servicio y en general si lo comparas con otras opciones de marcas alternativas.
