Good option, not for everyone
I tried the strawberry flavored pea protein thanks to a free sample they sent me with my soy protein order. It tastes good but leaves the soy drink with a bit of a gritty texture, not horrible by any means, but I prefer the soy drink.

I do not know if it is good for the weight, it is super thick, I recommend taking it with plenty of water and if possible with a little almond milk or milk with it to make it more bearable, at first the taste will not like, but then you get used to it and it is rich (I drank coffee, and I took it with water and almond milk with a little sweetener).
