It is a good alternative to soy protein, with a good amino acid profile but not as complete as soy protein. Ideal to combine with other foods throughout the day such as cereals and seeds to get complete protein (not necessarily in the same meal). The taste and texture are very good, I have tried pea protein from other brands and the taste left something to be desired, with HSN the taste is very good and the texture is not thick.
