I think practically everyone should take vitamin d unless we are consciously sunbathing almost daily and with sufficient skin exposure and without sunscreen.... Which almost no one does today, so recommend that we all take vitamin d.

An essential and necessary vitamin to take in supplements. Perhaps the dosage is a little high, although it is within safety limits. For my personal circumstances this concentration works well for me, but in summer I stop taking it.
