Good product, especially in winter
Very necessary in winter, since where I live the sun is not strong enough to provide vitamin D for a few months. The capsule comes with oil to facilitate its absorption, but it is still better to take it with some fat.

No deficiency
Since I've been taking it, my vitamin D levels have gone up, I'm no longer deficient. Best of all, it has no additives, it has what it's supposed to have: vitamin D and olive oil (fat for absorption) HSN wonderful!
