Excessively large. They are very difficult to swallow and when they are broken they leave hard corners that scratch the throat. It would be better if they were made smaller, even if you had to take two pills.

Excesivamente grandes. Resultan muy difíciles de tragar y al partirlos quedan esquinas duras que arañan la garganta. Sería mejor si los hicieran más pequeños aunque hubiera que tomar dos pastillas.

I take half a tablet morning and evening with MSM and glycosamine from HSN and since adding chondroitin my tendonitis and joint pain have disappeared.
