It is a natural and safe option to take care of the joints and reduce joint pain associated with osteoarthritis of the knee. The only downside is the presentation: the tablets are too large and I find it difficult to swallow them. Although they have a slot to break them in half, I chose to crush them and mix them with yogurt. It would be ideal the presentation in powder with a 500 mg dispenser, like MSM.

Es una opción natural y segura para cuidar las articulaciones y reducir los dolores articulares asociados a la artrosis de rodilla. La única pega es la presentación: las tabletas con demasiado grandes y me cuesta tragarlas. Aunque tienen una ranura para partirlas por la mitad, yo he optado por triturarlas y mezclarlas con yogur. Sería ideal la presentación en polvo con dosificador de 500 mg, como el MSM.

It requires perseverance to see results. It must be taken on a sustained basis and not only when the pain appears. Results that improve if combined with GLUCOSAMINE, COLLAGEN and VITAMIN C. Very good price and very high dose per service (I would prefer an amount somewhat lower than 1000 mg).
