It is a natural and safe option to take care of the joints and reduce joint pain associated with osteoarthritis of the knee. The only downside is the presentation: the tablets are too large and I find it difficult to swallow them. Although they have a slot to break them in half, I chose to crush them and mix them with yogurt. It would be ideal the presentation in powder with a 500 mg dispenser, like MSM.
