It didn't work very well for me, it's true that I usually have a lot of trouble sleeping, but I've tried better ones.

I prefer sustained release
I bought them because they were on sale, but I prefer other options within HSN such as sequential release, they are more effective at the same mg of melatonin. Although they do have some effect on me.
