It helps you fall asleep faster and once asleep you sleep deeper. Note that more doses are not better. If you take more doses when you wake up you feel more tired. You have to try your dose to get a good sleep.
Ayuda bastante a que te duermas mas rápido y una vez dormido duermas mas profundo. Ojo que más dosis no es mejor. Si tomas más dosis cuando te levantas te notas mas cansado. Tienes que ir probando cual es tu dosis para dormir bien.
