Effective
It is very effective, facilitates sleep and improves the quality of sleep. In my case the optimal dose is half a pill because with a whole pill I have nightmares. I don't think I will repeat when I finish it because I do better with 5-HTP, but it is still a very good product.
Es muy efectiva, facilita el sueño y mejora la calidad de éste. En mi caso la dosis óptima es media pastilla porque con una entera tengo pesadillas. No creo que repita cuando lo termine porque me va mejor el 5-HTP, pero aún así es muy buen producto.
