I needed it
One of the best products I have tried from HSN, if you need to regulate your breaks it is a key piece. I for example use it almost every Sunday to regulate the disturbed sleep of the weekend. In my case 1,80 m tall and 95 kg weight, with two pills is enough.

Helps to improve rest
I use it in times of high stress to help me fall asleep. I take it 30mins before bedtime along with ashwagandha and I feel that I rest better.

Good product!
I have been using HSN Melatonin 1.8mg for a long time and I have to admit that it fulfills perfectly what is expected. It comes mixed with Vitamin B6, which I have always needed. With this product I rest much better and it helps me to attenuate the effect of blue light from screens. Definitely recommended!
Llevo mucho tiempo usando Melatonina 1,8mg de HSN y tengo que reconocer que cumple perfectamente con lo esperado. Viene mezclada con Vitamina B6, que a mi siempre me ha hecho falta. Con este producto descanso mucho mejor y me ayuda atenuar el efecto de la luz azul de las pantallas.
Definitivamente recomendable!
