I often buy tryptophan because it helps me in recovery and development, I also notice its benefits with a good rest (better sleep quality; I use melatonin, too). In hard training cycles it is a must in my basket. Good price and quality.

In search of restful sleep
Since I opened my business I started to incorporate supplements to help me have a more restful rest. Although, miracles to Fatima, I have been trying different supplements and I can not say that this one is better than others, since both melatonin and Sleep Care have been better than this one separately.
Desde que abrí mi negocio empecé a incorporar suplementos que me ayudasen a tener un descanso más reparador. Si bien, milagros a Fátima, he ido probando diferentes suplementos y no puedo decir que este sea mejor que otros, ya que tanto la melatonina como el Sleep Care me han ido mejor que este por separado.
Hi Ares, Both melatonin and Stress Care are more potent and specific for rest than Tryptophan. I recommend you those options preferably. Best regards.

I bought it for my partner who often has trouble falling asleep. He takes it along with melatonin. It is not effective for him on a daily basis, but it does help on occasion.
