I have taken it on occasions for foot and knee tendinitis, its effect is noticeable, it reduces pain. The capsules smell of turmeric but the taste is not unpleasant.

It is easy to take because it comes in capsules that you only have to take once a day. I started taking it because of inflammatory problems, I probably did something but my problems are obviously still there.
Es cómoda de tomar ya que vienen cápsulas que solo hay que tomar una vez al día. Yo empecé a tomarla por problemas inflamatorios, probablemente algo haya hecho pero mis problemas evidentemente siguen ahí.
