It was bad for me, I took it after breakfast and I had the pill all morning with the little taste, apart from the fact that the pills seemed a bit big to me.

Adequate format

The Q10 requirements are effectively obtained with this dose in 2 daily intakes. In my case it does not improve energy but it does improve other functions.

Los requerimientos de Q10 se obtienen de forma eficaz con esta dosis en 2 tomas diarias. En mi caso no mejora la energía pero sí otras de sus funciones.

Excellent value for money

Excellent value for money. I have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue and because of this I take Coenzyme Q10 I have noticed an increase in energy but I must supplement with more supplements.

I thought I would notice something more than the previous one because of the price and the dosage, but I didn't notice anything special in my energy. Note that each person is different, I'm not saying it doesn't work.
