Lately I've been having problems with anxiety and sleeping (both falling asleep and getting a good night's sleep). I heard good things about this supplement and decided to try it. I take one pill in the morning and one at night. During the day I feel calmer and the feelings of anguish in the face of anxious thoughts are less. At night I combine it with Hsn's melatonin tablets and it helps me to fall asleep because it gives me a relaxing feeling.
