I do not perceive much effectiveness
I bought it to sleep a little better and to "temper" the mood in the most complicated moments. The truth is that I don't notice much effectiveness. My wife, on the other hand, uses it when she foresees tense days and says that it helps her to overcome them better. The presentation is good and the capsules are very easy to swallow. We will give it another try, combined in this case with Teanina.
