I understand that it works together with melatonin to reduce stress and help me sleep better.
Since last year I pay a lot of attention to the subject of nutrition + sport, I train almost every day and I follow a Mediterranean diet. Anyway, I've been taking it for over a month now and I do think I notice that it is having an effect. I have chronic insomnia and I accompany it with prescription melatonin cycles. I first take the A at 7pm and then melatonin 2mg before going to sleep. So I will incorporate it for a longer time.
