I put 4 stars under Efficacy, simply because objectively I am unable to evaluate it. The price is good, the packaging well made, and the capsules are small and easily swallowed. I believe it can do well for its intended purpose but again, I am unable to evaluate the efficacy.

This is my second bottle of this supplement, I can not say that I notice a change in the elasticity in my skin since these things take time but I have started to notice that my skin is more hydrated. I do feel that the pain in my joints has diminished so I will continue to take them.
