This is the third bottle I have taken of this supplement and I have noticed that my skin is more hydrated and elastic. I also have to say that my knee used to hurt a lot and with time the pain has disappeared. It has helped a lot.

It seems valid
I put 4 stars under Efficacy, simply because objectively I am unable to evaluate it. The price is good, the packaging well made, and the capsules are small and easily swallowed. I believe it can do well for its intended purpose but again, I am unable to evaluate the efficacy.
