Crystalline that can be seen
My taste is caramel chocolate: when I looked closely at the protein I saw as crystalline in the light very small that look like sugar, what is that? I hope it is not sugar but about the taste very good and digests well.

Hi Alan, We appreciate your comment. All ingredients in our products are declared on their labeling. Our EVOBEFF 2.0 contains no added sugars, and as such, the structures observed are not sugar. The crystals you see are the mixture of salt, aroma and sweetener, which, being on a dark base (typical of the chocolate-caramel flavor), are more easily appreciated. Nuestro EVOBEFF 2.0 no contiene azúcares añadidos, y como tal, las estructuras observadas no son azúcar.
Los cristales que observas son la mezcla de sal, aroma y edulcorante, que al encontrarse sobre una base oscura (propia del sabor chocolate-caramelo), se aprecian más fácilmente. Una vez lo mezclas en líquido podrás comprobar que desaparecen completamente porque se integran.
