Very good and effective product
I started taking this Krill oil and it was phenomenal for my menstrual cramps, I noticed an improvement after a month of taking it. But I discovered the HSN ultra omega-3 product with IFOS certificate, and in combination with INOSITOL it was a radical change. I have almost no pain anymore and I have proven to stop taking these products and the pains come back. Super happy.
Empecé a tomar este aceite de Krill y me fue fenomenal para los dolores menstruales, noté una mejoría al mes de tomarlo. Pero descubrí el producto de HSN ultra omega-3 con certificado IFOS, y en combinación con INOSITOL fue un cambio radical. Ya no tengo casi dolor y tengo comprobado de dejar de tomar estos productos y los dolores vuelven. Súper contenta.

Taking an oxidized omega 3 can be a problem, other fish oil supplements have vitamin E added to avoid this, but nothing as effective as the oil, at the same time of extraction, is accompanied by astaxanthin (extremely powerful antioxidant). In addition, the omega-3 fatty acids in this oil, when bound to phospholipids, have a higher bioavailability. I take several supplements, but if I had to take only one, I would take this one. Because of the raw material and the price which is unbeatable by far: I'll save you the trouble of looking any further because I already have. Only two companies serve Antarctic krill oil of the highest quality, Aker Biomarine (which also acquired Neptune Technologies, the company that marketed the famous NKO) and the Norwegian Rimfrost that harvests the krill and extracts this oil that encapsulates HSN. I have never bought a krill oil that is not from these companies as they are traceable and have been used in clinical studies. If you want to buy krill oil I totally recommend HSN for the above mentioned and because it DESTROYS in price any other. It is nice how you take care of the choice of raw material (also in the encapsulated astaxanthin that you use Astareal) and at the prices that you offer it. Highly recommended.
Tomar un omega 3 oxidado puede ser un problema, a otros suplementos de aceite de pescado se les añade vitamina E para evitar ésto pero, nada tan efectivo como que el aceite, en el mismo momento de la extracción, vaya acompañado de astaxantina (antioxidante extremadamente potente). Además los ácidos grasos omega 3 de éste aceite, al ir unidos a fosfólípidos, presentan una mayor biodisponibilidad.
Tomo varios suplementos pero, si tuviera que quedarme con sólo uno, me tomaría éste. Los beneficios son numerosos.
Ahora bien, ¿porqué compro el de hsn? Por la materia prima y por el precio que es imbatible con diferencia: te voy a ahorrar el trabajo de seguir buscando porque yo ya lo he hecho.
Sólo dos compañías sirven aceite de krill antártico de la máxima calidad, Aker Biomarine (que adquirió también Neptune Technologies, la empresa que comercializaba el famoso NKO) y la noruega Rimfrost que es quien recolecta el krill y extrae éste aceite que encapsula HSN. No he comprado nunca un aceite de krill que no sea de éstas compañías mencionadas ya que son trazables y se han usado en estudios clínicos.
Si quieres comprar aceite de krill te recomiendo totalmente éste de HSN por lo antes mencionado y por que DESTROZA en precio a cualquier otro. Da gusto como cuidáis la elección de la materia prima (también en la astaxantina encapsulada que usáis la de Astareal) y a los precios que la ofrecéis. Recomendadísimo.
