Krill oil is the best form of omega-3 given its high content of phospholipids which facilitates its absorption. You can tell that it is of good quality. It has a slight fishy odor characteristic of the product.

A must in my daily supplementation
To improve cardiovascular health and especially for people who do not consume much fish, omega 3 is essential for the body. Instead of taking two Omega 3 capsules, I take one Omega 3 capsule and one Krill oil capsule, and on the days I eat oily fish I don't take them. It does not taste bad and it does smell a little fishy but it is normal and not unpleasant.
Para mejorar la salud cardiovascular y sobre todo para las personas que no consumen mucho pescado, el omega 3 es fundamental para el organismo. En lugar de tomar dos capsulas de Omega 3 me tomo 1 de Omega 3 y otra de aceite de Krill, los días que consumo pescado azul no las tomo. No sabe mal y sí huelen un poco a pescado pero es normal y no es desagradable.
