This is the 2nd time I try alkaline creatine and honestly I feel better than creapure monohydrate, I notice less fluid retention which means not having to be drinking more water than usual because I already drink enough water, from the first shot I felt the activating effect, yes I have taken the 2 capsules at the same time 30 minutes before training, I recommend it 100%.
Esta es la 2ª vez que pruebo creatina alcalina y sinceramente me sienta mejor que monohidrato creapure, noto menos retención de líquidos lo que implica el no tener que estar bebiendo más agua de lo habitual ya que ya bebo bastante agua, desde la primera toma he sentido el efecto activador, eso sí me he tomando las 2 capsulas a la vez 30 minutos antes del entrenamiento, la recomiendo 100%
