Antes siempre tomaba Creatina Creapure y me pasé a esta porque mi entrenador me dijo que para tema asimilación de componentes era mejor y a la vez tiene una menor retención de líquido a nivel celular. Llevo 2 meses y he repetido bote, a ver que tal.
Para mí el inconveniente respecto a la creatina en polvo, es tener que tomar 2 dosis, prefiero una y ya, y luego al diferencia de precio, esta es más cara.
