I've been dragging knee pain for a long time due to cartilage wear, I have tried collagen... evoflex is noticeable to the point of doing exercise bike and not be resentful after a lot of pedaling.

I take it in the morning with breakfast. One capsule with water or juice. As for the effects, whether it is noticeable or not, that is more subjective. I lack cartilage in my knees, and although I can no longer run, I still do full squats (ATG). As I understand it, Glucosamine and Chondroitin does not work miracles, it will not create cartilage, but it does reduce wear and tear and, in my opinion, that is already a lot.
Me lo tomo por la mañana con el desayuno. Una cápsula con agua o zumo. Sobre los efectos, si se nota o no, eso ya es más subjetivo. A mí me falta cartílago en las rodillas, y aunque ya no puedo correr si que sigo haciendo sentadilla completa (ATG). Según tengo entendido, la Glucosamina y la Condroitina no hace milagros, no te va a crear cartílago, pero sí que reduce el desgaste y, en mi opinión, eso ya es mucho.

Great value for money, super complete product. Others with these components have a much higher price. Before finishing the first container I noticed that the pain in my knees had ceased. Highly recommended product.
Estupenda relación calidad/precio, producto super completo. Otros con estos componentes tienen un precio mucho más elevado. Antes de terminar el primer envase ya noté que el dolor en mis rodillas había cesado. Producto muy recomendable.

Good product, I had epicondylitis and in less than 1 week the results are noticeable. Together with a good cream as rumalaya and daily stretching (3-4 times per day) in 1 week I can say that I have virtually no pain. Even so, I have been able to train quite normally, add 1 more day of leg and ready.
Buen producto, tenia epicondilitis y en menos de 1 semana se notan los resultados.
