Perfect.
I recommend it, it is noticeable in the morning when you wake up and your joints hardly hurt, especially your knees. On the other hand, before taking it I had to warm up as soon as I woke up.

Good product to take care of joints. Although it has less doses than if you take glucosamine and msm separately, it is more convenient this way. If the product had some magnesium it would be very complete.
