With this product, diet and exercise, in one week 1.5kg less fat and 1.6 kg more muscle. I totally recommend it. Also the caffeine has not altered me, I will repeat!

It doesn't work miracles but with a good diet and exercise it helps to achieve better results. I started with the non-stimulant ones and now I've switched to these, which I think are working a little better for me.
