Difficult to know if it works
It is difficult to know what its effects are since I use it in phases of weight reduction and it is not easy to know which part of the reduction is due to the supplement or the diet. I also understand that the regulation does not offer a margin of how many calories of higher energy consumption so it is difficult to adapt the diet. Perhaps it is useful for a person who does not control calories or macros.
Es difícil saber si cuales son sus efectos ya que lo utilizo en fases de reducción de peso y no es sencillo saber que parte de la reducción es por el complemento o por la dieta. Además entiendo por la regulación no se ofrece un margen de cuantas calorías de mayor consumo energético suponen por lo que es difícil adaptar la dieta.
Quizás sea útil para una persona que no controla calorías o macros.

It puts the batteries
I have used it for when I do fasting or dieting, you do not even realize that you are lacking in carbohydrates, although I usually use more the one without stimulants (because of problems with sleep) so I can take it in the afternoon, at night I did not take any supplement, because of my problems with sleep. For effectiveness, I recommend both products because they really work, of course with diet and exercise.
Lo he utilizado para cuando hago ayuno o dieta, ni te das cuenta que estás con falta de hidratos, aunque suelo utilizar más el que no tiene estimulantes ( por problemas con el sueño) así lo puedo tomar a la tarde, a la noche no tomó ningún suplemento, por mis problemas con el sueño. Por efectividad, recomiendo los dos productos porque realmente funcionan, claro está que haciendo dieta y ejercicio.
