Good product

I've been taking almost a bottle and the results are noticeable, more strength and better mood for training. I take one with my main meal and the other two with dinner.

It gives you a boost to daily workouts and optimal results in a few weeks. I don't give it 5 stars because the products without a good workout and a good diet would not be optimal. HSN has become my best ally for daily workouts.
