30 capsules are not noticeable
Evobolic has not been effective for me with the 30 capsule bottle that came as a gift. I have not noticed any improvement of any kind taking it for such a short time honestly, it sounds like I would need to take a higher dose or have a prolonged dosage over time to notice any change. If you are going to try it, go for the 120 or 240 bottle directly I imagine that with more days you will notice much better.

No he notado ninguna mejora de ningún tipo tomándola con tan poco tiempo sinceramente, suena a que necesiría tomar una dosis más alta o tener una dosificación prolongada en el tiempo para notar algún cambio. Si lo vas a probar, ve por el bote de 120 o 240 directamente que me imagino que con más días se notará mucho mejor.
