A must in my vegetarian life for all its benefits. I love taurine I use it for pre-workout because it gives me that power I need, once it takes effect I personally finish with my workouts and still feel energy for more, good antioxidant also and recuperator, from time to time I take it with caffeine powder also from HSN.
