Apart from other considerations, I would like to say that it is perfect that the indicated dosage comes in ml, or in the conversion from grams to ml, so everything is fixed with a simple dosing device or scoop without the need for high precision scales or the like. In other cases it is almost impossible to get the dosage right.

Aparte de otras consideraciones, quiero decir que es perfecto que la dosificación indicada venga en ml, o en la conversión de gramos a ml, así todo se arregla con un sencillo dosificador o cacito sin necesidad de básculas de alta precisión o cosas por el estilo. En otros casos es casi imposible acertar con las dosis.

I take it along with lutein because I am a significant myopic and spend a lot of time in reading. I could see that with the intake of Taurine the fatigue tearing was reduced .

La assumo assieme alla luteina perché sono un miope importante e trascorro molto tempo nella lettura. Ho potuto constatare che con l'assunzione di Taurina si è ridotta la lacrimazione da affaticamento .

Used in preworkout combined with caffeine, beta alanine and citrulline, hard to say if it works but for the price it costs it is worth adding it
